What should a medical glove RFQ include?
Identify the exact medical examination product, the sizes your team uses and the number of cases per size. Include your organization and delivery ZIP code. If you have a required delivery date or documentation requirement, add it to the request so the team can review it before quoting.
For example, two Small cases and three Medium cases total five cases, or 5,000 individual gloves. Counts are gloves, not pairs. Specify a one-time order or your expected recurring usage; an RFQ does not create a recurring order.
Review the product evidence before selecting
Each medical product page provides its own specifications, device-record links and stated testing limitations. Review the exact product with your facility's purchasing and safety requirements. A medical examination glove is not automatically a surgical glove, and a test result for one substance does not establish protection against every exposure.
