CoreGloves guide
A glove's intended use is the starting point for selection. The FDA distinguishes examination gloves, surgical gloves and medical gloves for handling chemotherapy agents. A medical examination product should not be presented as a surgical glove merely because it is used in a healthcare setting.
CoreGloves lists medical examination and industrial nitrile products separately. Both nitrile ranges have regular-cuff and long-cuff options. The published products are powder-free and non-sterile; the industrial range is not offered as a medical examination product. CPE is a separate loose-fitting product for short-duration, light-duty tasks.
For a facility purchase, check the exact product label, specifications and the facility's selection requirements. Medical product pages provide device-record links and the scope and exclusions of their reported drug testing. A result for a named substance and concentration is not a claim of protection against every chemical or exposure.
Compare the relevant products, then request samples to evaluate fit and handling within your team's requirements. A sample does not replace a facility's safety assessment.
CoreGloves guide
The current CoreGloves website offers case purchases. Each listed nitrile medical or industrial case contains 1,000 gloves: ten dispensers of 100 gloves. The CPE case contains 2,000 gloves. These counts refer to individual gloves, not pairs.
A dispenser box and a case are different units. When comparing an outside quote or planning a purchase, record the exact product, size, number of gloves per dispenser, dispensers per case and total case count. Do not assume that every supplier uses the same packing.
Check the selected product's current case price and size availability on its product page. The regular-cuff medical range lists XS through XL; the long-cuff medical range currently lists S, M and L. Other ranges have their own size choices.
For larger quantities, request a quote with the product, sizes and case quantities your team needs. A quote request does not itself confirm a discount, delivery commitment or special purchasing terms.
CoreGloves guide
A nominal product name such as 4 Mil or 6 Mil is not a complete specification. Read the product-specific table for the measurement location, units and stated range. CoreGloves' published nitrile tables distinguish single-wall finger thickness from palm thickness, because the two measurements differ.
Cuff format is another useful comparison. The regular-cuff nitrile products specify a minimum overall length of 240 mm. The long-cuff nitrile products specify 300 ±10 mm. These are published product specifications, not measurements taken from a newly inspected sample.
Use the size table carefully: the listed palm widths describe the glove, not a hand measurement. Choose a product and size, then evaluate a sample rather than inventing a hand-to-glove conversion. Weight in the technical table refers to one Medium glove, not a dispenser or shipping case.
Keep the product category and intended use in view. Compare the available technical document, product labeling and applicable test limitations alongside fit and cuff preferences. A thicker glove or a longer cuff does not, by itself, establish suitability for every task.
